First, know that we'll do everything in our power to make sure that you like it. We collaborate closely with our partners (you!) to create a site that you'll love. In the event that you don't like the website, tell your account manager and they will make any adjustments needed to get the site where you want it. Remember, all plans include unlimited requests and changes.

If, after working closely with our team, you still don't like it, you can always cancel your plan. We don't lock you into a long-term contract.

At the beginning of your subscription, we will determine the value of your website. There are a few possibilities if you cancel your website plan, depending on how long you've been subscribed.

1. We give you the rights to your website free of charge.

2. You buy the website from us.

3. Your website will be taken offline.

Every project is different, and the timeline greatly depends on how quickly you get back to us with content and feedback. Our goal is to have a website live 4-8 weeks after partner sign-up.
